This course provides an in-depth theological, exegetical, and pastoral study of the Gospel According to John. Emphasis is placed on Johannine Christology, soteriology, revelation, symbolism, and the Gospel’s stated purpose: fostering belief that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. Students will engage the text at a seminary level through literary analysis, doctrinal synthesis, and ministry application.
